Party at The Post
At The Post Mountain House, groups of all sizes love our lively event spaces, vivacious staff, Rocky Mountain views, and downright delicious food & drink. From hosting wedding festivities like rehearsal dinners, receptions, and welcome drinks to business dinners to family reunions, we have a unique atmosphere that will give your guests an experience unlike any other.
We can accommodate up to 170 guests with a full buyout of our restaurant, up to 75 guests in our semi-private event space, and up to 40 guests in both of our private event rooms.
The Mustang Sally Room
This private space accommodates up to 35 guests for a seated dinner or up to 45 for a standing reception. Featuring full AV capabilities and two sets of folding doors that open onto a private outdoor patio with stunning mountain views, it’s ideal for hosting an elegant cocktail hour outside, followed by a cozy, seated gathering indoors.
The Hidden Valley Club Room
Recently given a modern facelift, this one-of-a-kind space brings the feel of a curated mountain cocktail lounge to our events concepts here at The Post in Estes Park. With a capacity of up to 40 guests, The Hidden Valley Club Room is ideal for intimate celebrations, creative corporate gatherings, or anything in between. Unlike traditional event spaces, the room is designed for connection and apres flow, encouraging guests to mingle, sip, and savor from our Club Room only menu.
Mustang Sally + Partial Dining Room
Need a little more room to celebrate? The Mustang Sally Room connects to a semi-private section of our main dining room, forming an L-shaped layout that can host up to 65 guests for a seated event, and 75 guests total. When in use, this extended space is completely exclusive to your group, offering the best of both worlds: intimate privacy and a dynamic flow.
Full Buyout
Go big with a full buyout. If you're planning a celebration for more than 80 guests, it's time to take over the whole place—literally. A full buyout gives you exclusive access to everything: our vibrant indoor dining space, the spacious outdoor patio with sweeping mountain views, and of course, our fabulous, fearless Post team who know how to throw a party. You'll have space for up to 170. From start to finish, it’s all yours.
