This ain't your average cookout. Taste the Rocky Mountains with a limited release firkin of Post beer and a chef-curated off the grill menu under the stars. Some beers deserve a moment. This is that moment. We're cracking a firkin brewed for this one-night-only event of The Post Brewing Company's Permanent Breeze Hazy IPA - infused with pine needles and huckleberry - then firing up the grill for a menu that absolutely does not hold back.
Reservations recommended but not required. Full event menu available a la carte. Or book our VIP experience $40 per person which includes:
